    What a s**tty design by dell. This is what happens when you under pay your
    engineers. I work in IT and everytime I get one in, I tell the customer its
    time for a new laptop.

    The green tool he used at around 1:55 to remove the plastic cover from rest
    of the computer, what is that called?

    With this, even a child who has just learnt how to read, can safely remove

    hard drive replaced? I could do it, but it seems like a lot of work to when
