    Performance of one of your drives(raid1) 01:00 is not correct. it depends on the controller.. some support to read data from both disks more or less efficient.. Its about the readahead cache. Speed for writing data is the same like if you just have one disk thats true.

    at my dads work they gave me a pc that was broken because one of the two raid 0 drives was dead – had to use diskpart from a windows 7 install dvd to get the working drive to go

    Redundant? But you lose all data when one drive fails? How does that make sense?
