Startech Hard Drive Duplicator Dock is a great way to feel safe that you have a nice back up hard drive ready to go should something happen on the drive you use normally that you don’t like. This vlog generally tells you all you’ll need to know on the subject.

You may be good at what you do, but your swearing makes you sound like a fucking illiterate moron.

Does this clone drives sector by sector? I have some that I need to just clone from one failing drive to a new drive. One is in a WD Sharespace (4 drive) NAS box. It's set up in a RAID 0 (yes I know a bad selection on my part), would I be able to pull out the drive that just gave me a failing message and just be able to clone it sector by sector to replace that drive?

You sound like seth rogan….idk if its a compliment or not, take it as you please. And seriously could you not swear so fucking much. I mean dammit, this is a fucking family YouTube 😉
P.S. If you are watching how to clone with your kids that are not old enough to understand the complexities of the proper use of curse words in society, then blame yourself not the person posting the video. Also if you dont like the swearing….dont watch it.

I just got their single slot dock and found that my old Usb 2.0 external hard drives could go 3 times as fast.

My understanding was that since it is cloning, it would that list as the original, meaning, same volume, same serial number…. This way you do not need to transfer licence numbers for software installed…. Am i incorrect?

Does this make a clone of the operating system so I can swap one os drive to a larger drive with the same os and programs? Many thanks ahead of time
