I bought this and I'm having problems with my computer detecting it at all and I can't figure out why.
I have windows 10 and I tried going to device manager and uninstalling it's driver and restarting my computer and that still didn't do anything.

Hey thank you for reviewing. I'm a little lost tbh. The product description says it supports both Windows and Macintosh without reformatting. Would you please enlighten us how it works? Thanks in advance. May peace be upon you
