USB 3.0 vs USB 2.0 speed test external hard Drive [HDD] on SSD

Speed test USB 3.0 vs USB 2.0 external hard Drive [HDD]. Samsung G2 Portable external hard drive USB 2.0 vs Toshiba STOR.E CANVIO 1TB external USB 3.0. I make speed test to external hard disk drive and from HDD to SSD disk.

My PC system setup specification:
-CPU: i5 3470 LGA 1155 3.20 GHz Max Turbo Frequency 3.6GHz
-VIDEO: Intel® HD Graphics 4000 with HDMI
-RAM: Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9 1600MHz
-PSU: OCZ StealthXStream 500w
-SSD: Kingston SSDNow V Plus 200 90GB SATA III (SATA III)
-HDD: Samsung 500GB 7200RPM (SATA II)
-Cooling: Silverstone NT01-E passive cooler

    so, it's not worth to buy a 3.0 pci e ports, because they both are extremely slow to transfer data xD

    I've got a USB3 enclosure with a Green caviar, ROG Maximus Hero VII, all the drivers up to date, good cables, and only get 35Mbps… and 15Mbps on USB2… what am I doing wrong?

    even your USB 2 drive faster than mine. Mine has top speed 31 Mb per sec, but usually it is 20 Mb per sec

    Very confusing title.
    Don't mention HDD if it is an SSD. I still have to look for an actual HDD test.

    Holy s**t how come both are faster than my SATA HDD? I think I should think about using an external 3.0 for my OS. Idk how good of an idea that would be but I can't handle 10-20MB/s that I have right now.
